A Personal action form (PAF) is a administrative document any 7th Cavalry can fill in to request various actions (transfers, service record review). It is also used to request a leave of absence, discharge or to get excused from various 7th Cavalry events.

Usage
Any trooper can fill in a personal action form (PAF), they are then forwarded to the appropriate personnel. It is always recommended that you advise your direct superior, informing him/her that a PAF has been submitted and for what reason.
Personal action form (PAF) can and must be submitted for the following:.
- Service Record Review
- Avatar
- MILPAC
- Forum access
- 7th Cavalry mail
- Company (Game) Transfer Request
- Department Applications
- Personnel Action(s)
- Discharge
- Drop on request
- Leave of absence
- Extended leave of absence
- Missing meetings
- Regimental meeting
- Command staff meeting
- Return to active duty
